What happens at 100 founding members?
Founding pricing closes. New carriers join at standard pricing ($59/mo, $708/yr). Founding members keep their rate forever.
Is the per-minute price really $0.50?
Yes. Average call is 90 seconds, so you're looking at ~$0.75 per booked load. We make money on volume, not opacity.
Why no broker tier flat price?
Volume swings 50× between brokerages. A $99/mo SaaS tier would either lose money on the big ones or rip off the small ones. The $2K–$10K range is honest.
What about overages?
Carriers: unlimited means unlimited. Partners: per-MC pricing scales transparently — no surprise bills, you see the meter live.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Carriers cancel in one click. Brokers and Partners give 30 days' notice. No early-termination fees, no clawbacks on setup.
